Return policy:

     All of our items are made to order. Most orders are shipped within 5 business days and may take an additional 7-10 business days to arrive. If you need an item faster please contact me prior to ordering -- some items can be rushed and will only incur additional shipping charges.

    Due to the customized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless a wrong item is received or the item arrives damaged. In this case please contact us with your concerns within 7 days following receipt of you item. Most items are shipped insured in which we follow carrier policy. You may be responsible for return shipping. Please feel free to contact me with any other issues or concerns.
